I hereby give Petsburgh permission to groom my pet in a humane and educate manner to provide the best result possible. I also grant them permission to consult my Pet's veterinary doctor or the the earliest available veterinary  doctor in case of any unforeseen medical emergencies at my (i.e. the pet owner's) cost.                                                                                                                                                                                

I hereby confirm that my pet is FULLY VACCINATED and health checked for infectious diseases according to the rules and regulations of the veterinary council of India.                                                                                         

I understand that this pet salon may decide to shave off knots and matts that are causing my pet discomfort and/or may uncover unexpected medical issues like rashes and wounds due to inconsistent home maintenance.                                                                                                                                                      

I understand that in some unforeseen circumstance, grooming may aggravate or expose hidden health condition that may affect my pet adversely and require medical attention.                                                                         

I agree that this pet salon may charge a premium for pets with special needs that may require more time, products and expertise. For example, pets with parasite infestations, geriatric pets that needs extra physical help, aggressive pets and/or severally matted pets.                                                                                                                          

I understand and agree that this salon has the right to stop service any time during the grooming if they feel an imminent threat to the pet or groomer's wellbeing, and any charges incurred will be paid in full, unless otherwise agreed upon by the service provider.                                                                                              

I understand that the salon may have limitations in terms of availability of specific staff or special products and all special requests must be made and accepted, well in advance to avoid disappointment.                                                

I agree not to malign the name of this salon on social media or any similar platforms due to any disagreements without first trying to understands all perspective and circumstances.                                          

I also understand that I may be legally liable for defamation & false accusations made against made this pet salon.
